Comprehensive Email Server Co-Location Hosted Services
Computer Solutions offers a unique form of email hosting services that cost-effectively accommodates small businesses nationwide. We eliminate your staff’s precious time by hosting and managing your Microsoft Exchange server in our secure Network Operations Center (NOC). To get started, all you need is an Internet domain name, an Internet connection, and your own Exchange Server with related equipment. We can provide your hardware and software as described below in the ExchangeCoLo Basic Package.

► Microsoft 2003 Windows Server and Exchange 2007 Server licensing
► Symantec Antivirus Enterprise Edition licensing
► Symantec Backup Exec for Windows and Exchange Agent

► Cisco PIX 501 Firewall/VPN appliance
► APC SmartUPS rack-mount Uninterruptible Power Supply
► Custom server configuration and PDA/handheld deployments by our network
engineers
► Includes routine server maintenance and mailbox creation on demand
► Basic Package non-recurring pricing depends on final hardware specs and
user license quantities
► Monthly recurring price for hosting the above equipment: $400/month
► Priced separately: Microsoft Exchange Hosted Services spam/virus Filtering

Once the ExchangeCoLo Basic Package is up in our NOC, select from the following to access your email:
ExchangeCoLo OWA:
· Each person in your organization with a mailbox configured
on the server
accesses their email via
Outlook Web Access
(OWA); this is the web-based
interface provided by Exchange Server.
· Monthly recurring price (includes all users with a mailbox):
$5/user/month |
ExchangeCoLo Secure Outlook:
· Includes ExchangeCoLo OWA
· For each user you decide that requires a Microsoft Outlook interface using a
VPN connection to your
server, add $3/user/month to the monthly recurring
ExchangeCoLo OWA charge. |
ExchangeCoLo Storage:
· Includes ExchangeCoLo OWA at minimum, and can also include
ExchangeCoLo Secure Outlook users
· Utilize your co-located server as an off-site storage device for non-Exchange
data at $10/GB/month |
